Processing Time
Orders are packed and ready to dispatch within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.
Free Shipping
Standard shipping is FREE on orders of $50 or more in your local currency: AUD $50, NZD $50, USD $50, CAD $50, GBP £50 and SGD $50. India and UAE: free on orders of AUD $50 or more, converted to your checkout currency. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside Australia, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Delays & Lost Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@littlepumkins.com.au and we'll investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
